The pandemic has brought on many new stressors and increased the ever-present
stresses in our lives. Mental stress can cause interruptions in our daily activities,
relationships and productivity. Many people have struggled to adjust to changes brought
on by COVID-19. Join us as we discuss managing mental health, recognizing when help is
needed, and how individuals can access resources that are currently available.
