2019 Fighting for Women With Fashion

The 9th Annual Fighting for Women With
Fashion (FFWWF) event in October raised

more than $115,000 for survivors of
domestic violence and sexual assault. This
keystone event, a collaboration between Safe
Alliance, the Women Lawyers of Charlotte
and the Women Physicians Section of the
Mecklenburg County Medical Society, raises
much-needed funds to support the life-
saving services provided by Safe Alliance.
The 10th Annual FFWWF event (originally

scheduled for October of this year) has
been postponed to February 2021 (date
TBD). Members of MCMS who want to be
part of the planning committee, as well as
individuals or physician practices interested
in sponsoring the 2021 event, should contact
