RETURN POLICY
We do not accept returns.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds are only allowed for membership meeting
registration if requested by the stated deadline on the
registration form. Refunds will be processed within
seven (7) business days.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Meetings:

Substitutions of
attendee may be made at any time.

Cancellation must be
received by phone, email or fax. The medical society
will reply with a written acknowledgement.

Cancellations must be
made prior to the deadline date on registration form
to receive a refund.

Cancellations made
after the deadline date will result in forfeiture of
the registration fee.

Active $300.00
Emeritus ER $150.00
Physician Assistant $105.00
Membership Directory:
MCMS active and affiliate members receives a free copy.
Emeritus members - $30.00 and member medical practices,
hospitals are $35.00 per directory. Additional copies
are $35.00. Non-medical purchases are $60.00 per
directory, plus postage, if applicable.
